November Special Prayers for the Deceased

Please use this form to submit the names of your departed loved ones to be remembered at Masses on All Saints Day, All Souls Day, the Octave of All Souls, and throughout the month of November. Prayers may be offered for any person, regardless of their religious denomination.

All names must be submitted by October 15th, this form will no longer be active after that point. Names and payment may also be submitted in person at the Church Office prior to cut off date.

Options and offerings for special prayers for your deceased loved ones include:

1. Included in prayers at Mass on All Saints Day & All Souls Day -- no offering.
2. Included in prayers at Mass on All Saints Day, All Souls Day & each day in the Octave of All Souls -- offering of $5 per name (plus $0.53 credit service fee).
3. Included in prayers at Mass on All Saints Day, All Souls Day, each day in the Octave of All Souls & at all weekend Masses in the month of November -- offering of $10 per name (plus $0.66 credit service fee).

All offerings collected for these special prayers will contribute to the parish debt reduction.
