Want to learn more about your Catholic faith? Want to learn how to defend your faith? Adult Catechism is offered after each Mass on Sunday. In this class for adults or confirmed teens, we study the Compendium of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Learn what the Church teaches, why, and how to explain our faith to your family and friends. And yes, there are donuts and coffee too. You can learn more about the class at www.teachingthecompendium.com. Please contact Dr. Brent Stubbs by e-mail at brentstubbs@gmail.com.
St. Anne invites all Catholics who want to reconnect with their faith to our eight-week Awakening Faith program. Awakening Faith is a small-group process that helps inactive Catholics return to the church. We meet for friendly and informal conversations on such topics as spirituality, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, the Mass, mercy, and more. Please contact Miss Renee Singleton by e-mail at ccd@stannerh.org.

Catholic Youth Ministry is an opportunity for our parish high school youth to connect on a social and fraternal level. We focus our religious discussion on apologetics and practical application in everyday life. Our form is small-group based with four to six teens and one adult mentor. This group meets in the Youth Building on Sunday and Wednesday evenings. This group also has many social and service activities. Please contact Mrs. Kathy Zdunich at StAnneCYM@gmail.com.
Each year, beginning on Good Friday, you are invited to participate in the Most Holy Divine Mercy Chaplet in St. Anne Chapel at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. This Holy Novena ends nine days later, on the Saturday in the Octave of Easter. Then, on Divine Mercy Sunday, the Second Sunday of Easter, you are invited to join in the Divine Mercy Benediction/Holy Hours. The Holy Hours begin just after the 10:30 a.m. mid-morning Mass until the Benediction at 3:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Through the intercession of Sts. Faustina and Pope John Paul II, we have a marvelous opportunity to receive tremendous Graces from Heaven, when we participate in this glorious Novena, especially when we do it as a Catholic parish! Again, when you pray together as a group, then you receive the benefits, the Holy Graces, from each group member’s devotion. Yay! Come join us! Please contact Mr. Eugene McKee at euiemckee@yahoo.com.
This is a wonderful time to spend with Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament—just one hour in quiet prayer and contemplation, the fruits of which are widespread. The rewards are terrific for all those who take part in the wonderful ministry, for themselves, their families, their Church, and their parish at large. At least two signed-up volunteers must be present for each hour that The Most Blessed Eucharist is being exposed on the altar so that The Blessed Sacrament is never in danger of being left alone. All are welcome to drop in at any time during the day for as long as you would like to stay; however, it is important to the survival of this ministry that people volunteer to be scheduled for a specific time slot on Adoration Day. Adoration Day on Wednesday immediately follows the 9:00 a.m. Mass and ends with Benediction at 7:00 p.m. Thursday Adoration starts after the 9:00 a.m. Mass and ends at 4.00 p.m. with The Divine Mercy Chaplet. This men’s spiritual action group is sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council 10866. What does it mean to be a Christian man? How does a Catholic man love? Why is fatherhood, fully understood, so crucial for every man? During this time when our church, our personal faith, and our Judeo-Christian culture is under attack, Catholic men are called to stand in the breach. E=MC2 began with a book study and prayer meeting weekly to examine these questions and has developed into a group of men committed to growing spiritually, supporting each other fraternally, and serving the community of St. Anne Parish. The group meets twice a month mostly on the second and fourth Wednesdays from 6:00–7:30 p.m. to continue to grow in our faith, in our vocations, in support of each other, and in service to our parish. We engage in book studies, provide fellowship opportunities to strengthen community, and take focused actions to stand in the breach in Christ’s battle lines. See bulletin for meeting times. Please contact Mr. Chris Edscorn at acornacademy1@gmail.com.
A best practice for any good practicing Catholic, as St. Louis de Montfort kindly recommends, is to participate in the Most Holy Rosary with others. St. Louis speaks of God’s Math. When you pray together as a group, then you receive the benefits, the Holy Graces, from each group member’s devotion. Yay! Our Lady of Fatima asks us to pray the Holy Rosary each day. You are invited to participate in the Most Holy Rosary in the chapel each Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. and each Saturday evening in the church at 4:30 p.m. just prior to the Holy Vigil Mass. In addition, we pray the Holy Rosary each Wednesday and Thursday just after the 9:00 a.m. Daily Mass at the start of Adoration and Friday at 9:30 a.m. after the morning Mass (Latin chant). Come join us! Please contact Mr. Eugene McKee at euiemckee@yahoo.com or 912-308-8827.
Lenten Small Groups is a program sponsored by the Diocese of Savannah on a three-year cycle. During this time, participating parishes are asked to come together in small gatherings in people’s homes, in Holy Family Hall classrooms, the local coffee shop, or library—anywhere that suits and responds to the season of Lent. Group leaders will facilitate the meetings with fellow parishioners in an effort to grow spiritual community through use of provided topics and discussion. If you are interested in sharing your Catholic Faith with fellow members of the St. Anne parish family and would like to help others on their spiritual journey during the Lenten season, please join us!
