Facility Rental Request

Rentals of Holy Family Hall and Martha Mary Social Hall for private events may be permitted if the hall is not being used for other parish activities.
The parish allows for rental in four-hour blocks on weekday evenings, Saturdays before 3:00 pm and after 7:00 pm, and Sundays after Masses. Exceptions may be made for wedding receptions to extend through Saturday evening confessions and Mass on a case-by-case basis.
Before submitting your rental request, please check the parish calendar for availability and ensure that your event does not occur during any scheduled Masses, confessions, or special liturgies/devotions. No private events rentals will be scheduled during the season of Lent.

Holy Family Hall (Once Available)
Established Parishioner: $400 (4 Hours) & $500 Refundable Security Deposit
Non-established Parishioner: $1000 (4 Hours) & $1000 Refundable Security Deposit

Martha Mary Social Hall
Established Parishioner: $250 (4 Hours) & $500 Refundable Security Deposit
Non-established Parishioner: $600 (4 Hours) & $1000 Refundable Security Deposit

All private events on church property also require a single event insurance policy issued by the Diocese of Savannah at the flat rate of $105; the parish office will coordinate this payment and paperwork as a part of the rental contract.

**Saint Anne's defines established parishioners as those who have been registered with the parish for at least a year, consistently attend Mass, regularly contribute to the parish's financial needs, and participate in parish ministries or volunteer opportunities.**

  Requests for the use of Saint Anne's facilities for private events require separate approval, paperwork and payment. Parishoners requesting private events will be contacted by Saint Anne's staff to complete their request once this form is submitted.
