I (parent/guardian above), grant permission for my child, (youth named above), to participate in the St. Anne Youth Ministry.  CYM events will take place under the guidance, and direction of parish employees and/or volunteers from the parish and/or Diocese of Savannah, Georgia.  I agree to support, and participate in all communications relating to the weekly events. I understand that events will be posted to the website at www.stannerh.org/cym, and in the weekly bulletin, and I grant permission for my child to attend.
